The Organizers of the KL Coffee and Tea Festival 2007 are currently in negotiations with leading hotels in Kuala Lumpur, and we will soon be able to provide you a list of different range of hotel to arrange your trip to the Coffee and Tea Festival in Kuala Lumpur.

REQUIRE STORAGE / MERCHANDISING

Space for storage at the exhibition centre is limited. The organizer is arranging for storage space off-site, and this facility is available at a nominal fee. This service will also include delivery to the venue and merchandising.

REQUIRE TRANSLATER / LOCAL ASSISTANCE DURING THE COFFEE AND TEA FESTIVAL

Should any exhibitor require a host/hostess to assist them during the show to translate, assist and guide them regarding the venue, the city and other local information, please contact the Organizers to find an appropriate person to make your participation in our Festival most successful. The rates for this assistance depend on the requirements of the exhibitor.

Kindly furnish us with information regarding languages spoken and what languages you require your hostess to speak.

REQUIRE A CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION TO GET A VISA

Nationals of most countries, with the exception of Israeli citizens, are welcomed in Malaysia, although some nationalities require Visa to enter Malaysia. If your nationality requires a Visa, you may also be required to provide proof / reason for visiting Malaysia.

If proper registration has been affected, together with payment of the first 50% of the total amount has been received, we will provide you with appropriate documentation of proof of attendance. Kindly indicate this requirement with your registration, together with full details of all persons traveling. There are no charges for this service.
